Delete your account

How to delete your account in the app

• Open Avily and make sure you are signed in.
• Go to the Profile tab.
• Tap Delete account at the bottom of the screen.
• Read the warning, then tap through the second confirmation to confirm.

Deletion happens straight away and is permanent. You will be signed out and returned to the welcome screen. If you are signed in right now, you can go to Profile to do this.

What gets deleted

• Your login account and email address
• Your profile and onboarding choices (name, preferences, notification setting)
• All conversations and messages, including generated photos and their details
• All companion memories
• All relationship progress and stages
• Daily usage counters
• Subscription records held in the app

Nothing is kept for later reactivation. Backups held by our infrastructure providers may contain copies for a short period before they expire on their normal schedule.

If you use Avily without an account

Guest data is stored only on your device. Clearing the app's storage or uninstalling Avily removes it.

If you cannot access the app or your account

Email support@miravalabs.com from the email address on the account and ask us to delete it. We verify ownership of the account before deleting anything, so we may need to confirm details with you first. We never delete an account on request alone without that verification.
