You must be 18 or over

Avily is for adults only. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. If you are not, you must not use Avily.

Companions are fictional AI characters

Every Avily companion is a fictional character generated by artificial intelligence. They are not real people, they are not human advisors, and no relationship with them is a relationship with a person. Text and images are produced by AI models and may be inaccurate, inconsistent or unexpected.

Do not rely on Avily for medical, legal, financial, psychological or any other professional advice, and never use it in an emergency. If you are in crisis or someone is at risk, contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Avily to create, request or share sexual content involving minors, or content that sexualises anyone under 18. This is never permitted and will result in immediate termination.
• Do not attempt to produce explicit sexual imagery, non-consensual content, or images of real identifiable people.
• Do not use Avily for harassment, threats, hate speech, illegal activity, or to impersonate others.
• Do not attempt to bypass safety filters, usage limits, or the app's security, and do not scrape, reverse engineer or overload the service.
• Do not share content you do not have the right to share.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us at support@miravalabs.com if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else. You can delete your account and its data at any time from Profile, then Delete account.

Premium subscription (not yet live)

Avily plans to offer a Premium subscription at £9.99 per month, recurring until cancelled. Payments are not currently enabled, and nothing in the app charges you today. Any price shown in the app is the planned price and may change before launch.

When real billing is enabled, Premium will be sold as a recurring subscription through Google Play Billing. Purchase, renewal, cancellation and refunds will then be handled in accordance with Google Play's terms and your applicable statutory rights, and you will be able to manage or cancel the subscription in your Google Play account. We will make the terms of any paid plan clear before you are asked to pay.

Intellectual property

Avily, its name, design, companion characters and software are owned by Mirava Labs Ltd and may not be copied or reused without permission. You keep ownership of the content you write. You grant us the limited permission needed to process and store your content in order to run the service for you. AI-generated output is provided to you for personal, non-commercial use, and similar output may be generated for other users.

Availability and changes

Avily is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, companions or the whole service, and AI providers may change or restrict their models. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mirava Labs Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, or decisions taken in reliance on AI-generated content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are broken, where use is abusive or unlawful, or where required to protect users or the service. You may stop using Avily at any time and delete your account in the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
